Symptoms of heel pain:

  • Wear shoes that possess shock protection soles, sturdy shanks and supportive heel counters.
  • Avoid the footwear that are unfit for your foot.
  • Purchase the footwear that suitable for your feet.
  • Try to avoid bare foot while working on rough surfaces and stepping on rocks.

Better to stop your activities temporarily, when the heel pain prolongs.
