What is the difference between a running shoe and a cross training shoe?
Cross training shoes are heavier and they
provide more lateral support for side to side movements. Running shoes are
lighter and they help you to move forward very easily. The treads that are
present in running shoes are smooth and they provide less traction when
compared to cross training shoes. Running shoes are meant mostly for running.
But cross training shoes are versatile and are used for a variety of purposes
such as biking, walking, hiking, running etc. Moreover you can easily move
through wet and slippery surfaces by wearing cross-training shoes.
