Roberto Cavalli, the prolific fashion designer was born (1940) in Florence, Italy. He bequeathed the tools of a great artisan from his family where his mother was a seamstress and his Grand father was a renowned Impressionist painter. At the age of 17 he registered his name in the Art institute of Florence with a fascination towards fashion. His enthusiasm and astounding skills in adroitness of shoes made him a peerless designer of the haute couture.
