The American-born fashion designer, who goes by name ‘Cynthia Rowley’ is a prominent, veteran fashion designer. Cynthia born in 1965 in Barrington graduated from the Art Institute of Chicago. She is a well known personality in the haute monde for her conventional and fabulous works of art.

Her unpredictable style in crafting designer accessories (especially clothing and shoes) has made her one of the most recognized personalities in the high fashion society. More than crafting shoes Cynthia is very popular for her clothing line; however her designs in shoes are completely distinctive.
