Materials Used in Work Boots

Insulation

A variety of insulations are used in Work boots. There are interchangeable liners, double and triple insulation, thinsulate insulation and ultra insulation. In the non-safety toe work boot, thinsulate ultra insulations are used. Insulations are very important in boots because they provide you lightweight and warmth.

Ultra insulation allows your feet to keep less bulky and lightweight. Its breathable moisture resistant power makes the warmth stay even when it is wet. An ultimate cold weather protection is offered by this arrangement.

Waterproof

Gore-Tex works just like the skin. It allows the moisture to escape and doesn't let water in. Sometimes the pores are very small for the liquid to penetrate, as a result the feet stays warm, dry and comfortable.

Leather

Leather is the best choice for making boots than any other material. Leather is known as a luxury material. Each style of leather gives a different look and feeling.

Rubber

Rubber offers traction and water-proofing ability to the boots. It is flexible and supports the natural movement of foot.

PU-Polyurethane

Polyurethane is flexible and it offers toughness. PU material is used in midsole, footbed and sole. It absorbs the shock produced and reduces foot fatigue.

EVA- Ethyl Vinyl Acetate

Ethyl vinyl acetate is used in the midsole part. It is durable and light weight in nature. It incorporates superior cushioning to your stride.
