Gore-Tex Footwear
Gore-tex plays crucial role in many applications of the present Digital world. Invention of Gore-tex in the year 1958 made a revolution in the footwear and clothing industry. Gore-Tex is a special trade name particularly symbolized for a water-resistant and breathable fabric material that is widely used in outfit and footwear.
A single sheath of gore-tex comprises 9 billions of minute pores per square inch. These pores have ability to prevent the water entry in to your footwear. At the same time, they discharge the watery substance as a vapor, which is developed due to sweat/moisture. This is possible as every tiny pore is approximately 20,000 times minor than a water droplet but 700 times greater than a molecule of water vapor. You may have a doubt, whether gore-tex is a fabric or not? Actually, it is not a fabric. Gore-tex is a layer which covers the fabric and as a combination it gets breathable aspect.
