Gore-Tex

Gore-tex is a well- known waterproof fabric co-invented by Wilbert L.Gore and his son Robert W.Gore. It is considered as high-performance and ultra-comfort fabric. It is a lightweight, seivelike membrane bonded with nylon and polyester fabric, which makes it breathable and waterproof. Gore-Tex lining is made between the leather uppers and soft lining of the shoe. Gore-tex accredits ventilation restricting the access of water inside the shoe and averts condensation. The shoes designed with this fabric are weather resistant.

Nubuck

Nubuck leather can be referred as the buffed leather that has been abrased or sueded. It is aniline dyed top grain leather that further lasts longer assuring superb comfort. Golf shoes designed with nubuck uppers feature waterproof layer that averts access of water inside the shoe. Nubuck leather even assists golf shoes with long lasting and flexibility.

Neoprene

Neoprene is a synthetic rubber, which is fabricated by polymerizing chloroprene. It almost features the properties of natural rubber. Golf shoes manufactured with neoprene material are resistant to all weather conditions. Most of the golf shoes are provided with neoprene lining assuring added comfort and fit.

Polyurethane (PU)

Polyurethane (PU) is a modern material ‘polymer' that constitutes a sequence of organic units connected by Urethane links. These are high performance soles. Polyurethane soles have an equivalent blend of convenience and durability. It can be easily molded in a range of densities and styles when compared to other materials. Mostly the mid-sole of golf shoes are designed with PU material, as it is the light-weighted one with excellent shock-absorbing capacity.

Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA)

Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) soles is the light weighted soles as compared to the traditional soles. Golf shoes with EVA soles are extremely strong and durable enough, which ultimately results lightweight and enables the shoe wearer to feel comfort. Generally heat-activated glue is used to cement these soles to the upper. This makes the EVA soles to absorb shocks fetching flexible coziness. EVA sole is mostly used in the foot bed of the golf shoes for a plush cushioning comfort.

Thermo Polyurethane (TPU)

Thermo Polyurethane (TPU) is an advanced material, when compared to the aspects of conversions of polyurethane and rubber. Generally TPU is used in the outsole of the golf shoes as it has optimal durability and further it is an effective abrasion resistant and slip resistant. The golf shoes featuring TPU sole exhibit comfort with top-performance.
