How to overcome your Running difficulties?
Run Safely
Not all shoes fit properly in your feet at the very first time. When they do not, practice wearing them in even surfaces, and then use them on other terrains.
You can use separate shoe for training and competition. It's better to practice with the shoe that you're going to use during cross-country running race.
Your most important fear is injury!
The main cause for injury is running in improper cross country shoe and abruptly changing your running speed and surfaces. Don't give the way for above mentioned aspects. Sometimes, blister is a problem for your feet even in correct shoes. Because you have to run too many distances, so there is a chance for blisters after few minutes. In such case, you have to concentrate more on socks whether it is smooth in nature.
Time - valuable
How much time you took to complete your race? Make a note, there are millions of folks are going watch your race. So, you have to run quickly. It is possible only if your shoe must be lightweight at the same time durable. If your shoe is somewhat heavier your stride speed will be reduced.
Running - high impact activity
Of course, cross country running is a long-term activity in which your foot receives harmful shocks, impact force and stresses. Impact force is almost equal to 3.5 times your body weight during gait cycle. You can reduce these factors by wearing the right shoes that provide extra support and stability for your foot.
Old shoe - not waste
If your shoe became an old one, use for casual and short distance running up to certain extent (up to shoes are worn-out).
Laces are a problem?
While you run on terrains for a long time, the laces may loosen and lead to discomfort. At the same time if you tie the laces too tightly, it wound the nerves. In such case, first you pass the laces through eyelets, then remain on the same side and lay the lace through the uppermost eyelet, formulating a loop. This helps in preventing the heel slippage and give perfect fit.
